Appointment Information

Please be aware that a credit card number may be required to reserve your appointment.

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. If 24-hour notice is not given, you may be charged a $25.00 service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a fee of $25.00 as well.

 

Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that we cannot fill without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another guest and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Our Guarantee

At Tarrah Dawn Hair Salon, Inc. our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us, so we guarantee our work. Due to the artistic nature of our business, we will work with you, within reason, to accommodate you and to ensure your satisfaction. This must be brought to our attention within seven days of the original service. This guarantee does not apply if the guest decides to completely change their original look given at their original appointment.
